1. Return Conditions

• Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging

• Proof of purchase required

• We’ll provide the return address and steps to follow

• Refund issued upon inspection of returned item

3. Refund Method

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days after validation.

4. Exceptions

• Perishable or personalized items cannot be returned

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
